This Privacy Policy explains how Jasuda Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Spin & Spill mobile application.
Information the app handles
When you use Online Room features, the app may create or use an account identifier and store room, player, game, and prompt data needed to provide the feature. We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for these services.
Same Phone play is designed to work locally on your device. Information entered for a local game may remain on the device until you remove it or clear the app’s storage.
Advertising
The Android version may display ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its partners may process device or advertising information according to their own policies and your device or consent settings. The iOS review build is ad-free.
How we use information
We use information to operate rooms, save the game state needed for those rooms, respond to support requests, maintain the app, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including Firebase and, on Android, advertising providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service, users, or our rights.
Children’s privacy
Spin & Spill is not directed to children under 13. Please do not use the app or send us personal information if you are under the applicable minimum age where you live.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the app, clear its local storage, or contact us to ask about information associated with your support request or online-room use. Email support@webdevnc.com.
